To make more money selling The Big Issue. Phumzile says he is 50-years old and getting old which means it is reducing his eligibility to be formally employed. His income from The Big Issue magazine, which he has sold for 12 years, goes towards raising his two children. He would like to receive the grants that he applied for which would help meet his daily needs.
