Posted on July 16, 2012  /  Comments Off

Five vendors of The Big Issue have a lot to smile about today after being announced as the winners of a competition to promote their new blue uniforms, sponsored by Fairtrade label Fairhills Wines.

Readers were asked to submit photos of their favourite vendors in the new blue uniforms over a period of three weeks. Fairhills founder Bernard Fontannaz then selected the five winning photographs.

Vendors featured in the photographs each win a R500 grocery voucher, while the readers who submitted the winning photographs each win a hamper of four superb Fairhills wines.
